What the hell is spin?
Glad you asked.
Spin is indoor cycling with dim lights, loud beats, and legs on fire. It’s a cardio blast that torches calories and elevates your mood – all on a stationary bike with a vibe.
You ride to the rhythm, guided by instructors who don’t believe in “easy.”
Will that help us in weight loss?
Yes – if you also control what goes into your mouth. 🥲
Spin can burn 400–700 calories per session, but real results come from a calorie deficit. That means: burn more than you eat.
And don’t worry – we’ve got real in-house dietitians (not just someone who eats salad twice and says they’re a coach). We’ll help you figure it out.
But I have never done spin?
Perfect. No bad habits to unlearn.
Our classes are beginner-friendly and built to make you feel like a rockstar on a bike. Show up, we’ll handle the rest. No pressure. No yelling. Just sweat, beats, and endorphins.
Why do I need to do yoga with this?
Because your hips are tight and your spine deserves love.
Yoga improves flexibility, reduces soreness, and helps you recover – so you can spin harder and not walk like a robot the next day.
What is spin+sculpt?
This is the “double trouble” class.
Spin + Sculpt is HIIT meets strength training – half the class on the bike, half off the bike with dumbbells, bands, and killer moves.
Ride, lift, cry a little, laugh a lot, and walk out feeling invincible (and maybe slightly broken in a good way).
I have bad knees. Will spin make it worse?
Actually, spin is low-impact and knee-friendly.
It’s way better than running, jumping, or pretending squats don’t hurt. We’ll help you set up your bike right, guide your posture, and make sure you ride strong and safe.
